No Refunds on Subscription Plans
At Growthwork, we aim to ensure our clients fully understand our services through detailed consultations, product demos, and support resources. As such, all subscription purchases are final and non-refundable, including monthly and annual plans. We encourage you to make an informed decision using the resources available to you before subscribing.
Refunds on Special Promotions
Refunds are not available on promotional or discounted plans, one-time offers, or special discounts. All promotional purchases are final sale and not eligible for a refund.
Cancellation Policy
How to Cancel Your Subscription
You may cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel, please reach out to our support team at contact@growthwork.agency. Upon receiving your request, our team will confirm the cancellation and inform you of your subscription’s remaining duration.
Billing Cycle: If you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. After this period, you will not be billed further, and your account will be downgraded or deactivated per our policy.
Important Note: Canceling your subscription does not entitle you to a refund. Please refer to our refund policy above for more details.
Trial Period and Cancellation
If you are on a trial period and wish to cancel, please contact contact@growthwork.agency before the trial ends to avoid being automatically charged for a paid plan.
Cancellation Due to Non-Compliance
Growthwork reserves the right to cancel any account found in violation of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
